Understanding Health & Prevention

Welcome to the Understanding Health & Prevention series produced by Learn and Thrive in partnership with 21 Together.

Please read all the information below before you get started.

We hope you enjoy this series.

  • We hope you enjoy the resources. Please make sure that both the students and the supporters watch their introduction videos before starting the series.

We don’t stipulate the rate at which videos are completed, but we would suggest each video is used as a springboard for further discussion and activities that can be fully individualised for your learner or group.

Remember, there are many different ways to teach our young people about growing up and keeping safe. These videos will give you a guide but always consider how to individualise the learning journey.

You know your student best, so make sure you use the activities to personalise the activities and discussions for each of your students.

To navigate around the different video series just click the Account button at the top of your page.

  • Alongside each video, there are downloadable activities and worksheets.

Use the Resource Pack buttons next to each video to download each resource used in the videos.

Each downloadable pack will include all the resources you need for each video and one copy of the Differentiated Worksheet for that video. If you need more, there is an ‘additional downloads’ link.

If you want to download individual resources, please visit this page: Understanding Health and Prevention Resources.
