We’re committed to supporting children and young people with learning disabilities - and community groups are so important in this mission. You have unique access to this community, and to reach those who may not be getting sufficient specialist support at home or at school.
That’s why we’ve created our Delivery Partnerships. For groups delivering our content, they can have unlimited access to our resources, for free. So we can access more community members, and save you time and money.
Our resources are being used and loved in community groups and local charities up and down the country.
Learn and Thrive’s resources get real-life results for the young people. With the combination of tried-and-tested resources, alongside your expertise and relationships with your members, this content can be life changing.
“The resources that you have created at Learn and Thrive have been a godsend!”
What do we do?
We produce online videos and downloadable resources to for use in support groups with children and young people with Down’s syndrome and other special educational needs. Support groups, local charities, and community groups can get access to these videos and resources completely free.
Our two projects are Teach Me Too and Learning for Life. Teach Me Too is for early years learners (ages 2-7), providing teaching on mathematics, literacy, speech and language and more. Learning for Life is based around the RSE curriculum, taught age appropriately for late primary through to young adulthood (ages 8-25), and we have added specific topics we know our learners with Down’s syndrome need additional support with.
While our work has been built around the learning profile of children and young people with Down’s syndrome, they have been picked up and are beneficial for learners with other learning difficulties. Read more about how they would support your group here.

Our content is used in support groups across the UK to run early intervention sessions and youth groups. The resources help you build sessions start-to-finish, including helping your groups to gel and evaluating progress.
We can help you to set up, run, and track the progress of learners in these groups. Get in touch today.
