Tracey Barber
Tracey started her career in the NHS after qualifying as a nurse.
She has also spent over 20 years in health and social care in many sectors as a manager supporting teams.
She has a keen interest in safeguarding and coaching and mentoring and ensuring people are listened to.
Outside of work, she is married with a grown up son, who was diagnosed at a very early age with Asperger's. This led to a passion in support and education from pre-school to university.
She loves to travel, and her current favourite place is Türkiye.
