Access all our resources - For Families

We want every family supporting a child or young person with SEND to have full access to our Learning for Life and Teach Me Too resources.

You can choose what works best for you:

  • Free access – if finances are super tight, please use this option.

  • One-off annual donation – choose an amount that suits you and unlock a year of unlimited downloads (worth over £450). We’ll send you a code that brings your whole basket to £0.

To keep things fair and sustainable, we ask for simple SEND verification (e.g. EHCP, diagnosis letter, or DLA confirmation) via email before sending over your code.

This helps us keep the family offer free or low-cost, while schools and colleges use the licence built for them.

No subscription. No auto-renew. No pressure.
Just full access to the resources your family needs.

Access all our resources — simply, fairly, and in the way that works best for your family

Every child and young person with learning difficulties deserves high-quality, accessible resources at home. Cost should never be the thing that gets in the way.

We also know times are incredibly tough for families. They’re tough for small charities too — and we want to keep creating new, practical, life-changing resources without putting pressure on the people who need them most.

So we’ve redesigned how families can access everything.

How it works for families

You can choose the option that suits your household:

  • Access everything for free if that’s what you need — no questions asked.

  • Or make a one-off donation for unlimited access to all our digital downloads (worth over £450).

When you donate, we’ll send you a unique discount code that brings your whole basket to £0.
No subscription. No automatic payments. No pressure.

A quick note about SEND verification

We’ll ask you for a simple form of proof that a child or young person with SEND lives in your household (for example: an EHCP, diagnosis letter, SENCo letter, or DLA confirmation) - this will all be handled in line with GDPR Regulations*.

This isn’t about gatekeeping support — far from it.

It’s simply a way of keeping things fair and sustainable:

  • Families get free or low-cost access.

  • Schools and colleges use the education licence tailored for them.

  • This helps ensure we can keep offering free access to families who need it most.

There’s no judgement, no hoops, just a straightforward check to make sure each route works as intended.

Why this approach matters

  • Even small charges were stopping families from using the resources they rely on.

  • Some families want to contribute but need flexibility.

  • Donations and school licences are what make it possible for us to continue developing new, truly accessible resources.

  • Our Delivery Partner Scheme ensures charities and local groups can access everything at no cost, so communities benefit widely.

In short

If you can donate, thank you — it truly helps keep the charity going.
If you can’t, please still take everything you need.
Your child’s learning always comes first.

T&Cs:

  • This payment system is only available to parents, carers, and guardians using our services to support their child or young person. If you are a teacher or education professional, you can look into our Education Subscriptions for cost-effective ways to access the resources. If you are a community group, charity, or local support group, you can view our Delivery Partnerships, where we may be able to provide you with full access for free.

  • Usage of discount codes is closely monitored. They are for your use only, and any misuse of these codes will result in the code being revoked without refund.

  • This discount code will only cover digital resources, not any physical resource packs or events costs.

  • You can come back at any time after your initial sign up to complete this payment and gain access.
