Education Subscription Terms & Conditions

By taking out a subscription and confirming that you agree to the T&Cs, you agree to the following terms. By taking out a subscription with Learn and Thrive, you will receive a license to use the Learn and Thrive learning materials for a period of one calendar year, which can be renewed annually for continued use. This license is non-exclusive, no-transferrable, and non-sublicensable. Your organisation must not: 

  1. Copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, or create derivative works from the Materials, except where expressly permitted by Learn and Thrive;

  2. Share, distribute, sell, lease, or make the Materials available to any third party outside the School;

  3. Upload the Materials to public websites, shared drives accessible by third parties, or social media platforms;

  4. Use the Materials for commercial purposes or profit-making activities.

All intellectual property rights in the materials remain the sole property of Learn and Thrive. 

As part of this subscription, your organisation also agrees to non-exclusive, royalty-free use of the organisation's name and logo for the following purposes: 

  • Marketing and promotional materials;

  • Learn and Thrive’s website and social media channels;

  • Funding reports, impact reports, and case studies;

  • Demonstrating partnership or subscription relationships.

Your organisation should supply its logo in a suitable digital format (e.g. PNG, JPEG, or SVG) upon request or at the start of the Subscription Period. Learn and Thrive agrees to use your organisation's name and logo in a professional and appropriate manner and not to imply endorsement beyond the scope of this subscription. Either Party may request that use of the logo be updated or withdrawn, and such requests will be acted upon within a reasonable time.

Once the Subscription Period comes to an end, all rights to use the materials cease, and the organisation should stop using and delete any downloaded copies of these materials. The organisation can resume access at any time by renewing or purchasing the subscription.
